ABOUT US
FlavourArt Australia is the only authorised supplier of FlavourArt products for Australia and New Zealand.
We are a fully Australian owned family business, based in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW. Our parent company is Site Magic Pty Ltd.

 

AVAILABILITY
At present we only supply to Australian & New Zealand residents/businesses. For purchasers outside of these countries please see here.

Except for those products which contain Nicotine*, our catalogue lists the complete FlavourArt range of concentrates. We currently stock around half of these and are available for immediate order.
More flavours will be made available as demand dictates.

Products marked 'Special order only' are usually available from the main warehouse in Italy. We do require pre-payment for those orders and there may be up to a months delay on some items. Some products may have a MOQ.

*As Nicotine is currently classed as an S7 poison in Australia we can not and do not supply/sell products that contain it.

 

RE-SELLERS & MANUFACTURERS
Discounts are available for FlavourArt resellers and eLiquid manufacturers. Pricing is inline with ordering direct from FlavourArt Italy, but without the usual wait.

PAYMENT
All prices shown include GST.
We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, and Direct Deposit.
Credit card payments are processed through the PayPal gateway, however you do not need a PayPal account.
Our banking details will be given at checkout for direct deposit payments.

In all cases, orders are not be processed until payment has been received/cleared.

 

ORDER PROCESSING
We endeavour to have your order processed as soon as possible, usually the next business day. However, depending on the amount of orders currently ahead of you and/or the size of your order, this is not always be possible.
If the order status (viewable from My Account) has remained at "Processing" for a number of (business) days then do please contact us.

 

SHIPPING
Within Australia we use the Australia Post eParcel service for all our shipping. This allows online tracking for both Standard and Express postage, as well as signature on delivery.
We also use Australia Post for our international shipments, with online tracking available on the Pack & Track service.

We are in an Express post area (postcode 2630) meaning many Australian orders can be delivered overnight. Please see the AusPost website for more information on delivery areas/times.

If you wish your parcel to be left without a signature please inform us in the Order Instructions at checkout. Please do not leave messages in PayPal as we wont see them.
If you ask us to leave your parcel without a signature then all liabilities are waived once the parcel is registered with Australia Post, and you acknowledge that, should the package go missing, we are unable to replace it for you.

Note that Express delivery is for the postal service and not our order processing time.

We share a warehouse with the JuiceWhore and FlavourVapes web stores and if you order from either one and FlavourArt in the same day will try to combine your orders and refund the shipping difference.
Please contact us with the details so we know to combine your orders.

 

RETURNS
We generally cannot accept returns for opened products. If you believe a product you've received is not what was ordered then we will work with you (and FlavourArt Italy if required) for a resolution.

'Change of mind' returns for unopened products may be accepted, however that is at our discretion.

Returns on "Special order only" products will not be accepted.
